Dr. Sanjay Boldhane serves as the Chief Scientific Officer at Statis Pharma Pvt. Ltd., bringing over 29 years of extensive experience in pharmaceutical formulation development and drug delivery technologies. A seasoned scientist and industry leader, he has played a pivotal role in the development and commercialization of advanced drug delivery platforms.

Throughout his career, Dr. Boldhane has held key R&D positions at several leading pharmaceutical companies, including Micro Labs, Abbott Healthcare, Panacea Biotec, Orchid Healthcare, Lupin Ltd., and Almet Corporation. His innovative work has contributed to the launch of numerous generic products and novel formulations. He e is credited with the development of several proprietary technologies.

He holds a Ph.D. in Pharmacy and a Master’s degree in Biopharmaceutics. Additionally, he has completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Patent Law and Regulatory Affairs. He is also a certified Master Black Belt in Six Sigma from the Indian Statistical Institute, Pune.

Dr. Boldhane’s scientific contributions include 18 patents and patent applications, 10 peer-reviewed research publications, and a book chapter. His expertise continues to drive innovation and excellence in pharmaceutical research and development at Statis Labs.

Ltd., Swapnil leverages his extensive knowledge in patents, Trademarks, and Copyrights to help businesses protect and maximize their innovations. In addition to providing patent services, Adv. Swapnil also conducts seminars and sessions to spread awareness and knowledge about IPRs for academic institutions and various other forums.
